These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the All Our Security website and services at alloursecurity.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All Our Security provides security compliance document generators that help organizations create policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. Documents are generated client-side in your browser based on your inputs.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with our service, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

Documents generated using our tools are provided for informational and organizational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and alignment with industry frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.), generated documents:
The All Our Security website, branding, templates, and generator logic are our intellectual property. You receive a license to use our tools as intended but do not acquire ownership of any underlying technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Our Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
